CenterPoint Energy, Inc. (CNP - Free Report) reported third-quarter 2016 earnings of 41 cents per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 37 cents by 10.8%. The reported number was also 20.6% higher than the prior-year figure of 34 cents.
