Fund Description
Incepted in July 1997, the fund was originally called API Treasuries Trust Fund. Yorktown Management and Research Company, Inc manage the fund. The fund's objective is current income with limited credit risk. The fund, under normal circumstances, seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in income-producing securities, including U.S. Government securities and corporate bonds. Dividends and capital gains are distributed annually.
