Fund Description
The fund was incepted in October 1992 and is managed by the Lloyd George Investment Management (Bermuda) Limited. The objective of the fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies that benefits from the economic development and growth of the People's Republic of China. The fund normally invests primarily or exclusively in securities markets of countries in the China region, including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The fund pursues its objective by investing in Greater China growth portfolio. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies in the China region. The fund also invest in companies with a broad range of market capitalization's, including smaller companies. The fund offers dividends and capital gains annually.
