Fund Description

Incepted in December 2002, the fund is managed by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in U.S. common stocks and other equity securities. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. The fund?s adviser generally seeks stocks with above average potential for growth in revenue and earnings, and with capital appreciation potential. The fund distributes dividends and capital gains annually.
