Fund Description
The fund was incepted in November 2001 and is managed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests in securities of issuers from at least three different countries that include the United States. The fund seeks to invest in stocks of roughly 20 to 40 companies with a strong business franchise and a low reliance on physical assets. Dividends and capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
