Fund Description
The fund was incepted in May 1929 and is managed by Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital, current income and growth of income while actively seeking to reduce downside risk as compared with other growth and income funds. The fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in equities, mainly common stocks. Dividends are distributed in March, June, September and December. Capital gains are distributed in December.
