Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1994 and is managed by SEI Investments Management Corporation. The fund seeks to achieve capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large companies. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. companies with market capitalizations of more than $1 billion. The fund uses a multi-manager approach, relying on a number of sub-advisers with differing investment philosophies to manage portions of the fund's portfolio under the general supervision of the fund adviser. Dividends are distributed quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
