Fund Description
The fund was incepted in August 1999 and is managed by USAA Investment Management Company. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of companies with small market capitalizations. The term 'equity securities' includes common stocks, securities convertible into common stocks, and securities that carry the right to buy common stocks. The fund may invest up to 100% of its asset in investment-grade short-term debt instruments. The fund pays its dividends annually. Capital gains are paid in December of each year.
