In 2022, 2023 and 2024, the company had $12 billion, $3.3 billion and $18.6 billion, as share repurchases, respectively, boosting investors’ morale. It paid out $1 billion, $1.1 billion and $1.1 billion in dividends in 2022, 2023 and 2024, respectively, attracting dividend-seeking investors.
