Investors seem to be reacting to the president’s promises related to relaxing environmental regulations and making it easier for domestic carmakers to operate in the United States.
On Tuesday, shares of wearable action camera maker GoPro Inc. (GPRO - Free Report) are popping, up over 8% in morning trading after the company looks to have sold more cameras than expected during the recent holiday season, according to Pacific Crest analysts.
Shares of Alibaba Group (BABA - Free Report) opened more than 3% higher Tuesday after the company released its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. The Chinese e-commerce giant posted earnings of $1.09 per share and revenues of $7.669 billion.
