The company’s multiple sclerosis candidate, Mavenclad, also received CHMP recommendation in June. Moreover, it announced an agreement, in April, to divest its biosimilars business to Fresenius, as part of the company’s strategy to focus on its pipeline of innovative medicines.
Guidance: For 2017, the company reduced its net sales forecast in the range of €15.3 billion – €15.7 billion (previously €15.5 billion – €16 billion).
