Management service provider FTI Consulting, Inc. (FCN - Free Report) recently announced some key changes in top management to fuel its growth engine. These include the appointment of new global leadership for the company’s Forensic & Litigation Consulting and Strategic Communications segments, effective Jan 1, 2018.
Strategic Promotions
Paul Ficca was promoted as the Global Segment Leader of the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment from his existing position of Global Leader of the Construction Solutions practice. He will replace Neal Hochberg, who was at the helm since 2009.
FTI Consulting also promoted Mark McCall as the Global Segment Leader of Strategic Communications segment from his existing position of Global Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Americas He will take charge of this new post from Edward Reilly, who had steered the segment since 2011.

Ficca joined the company in 2003 and has risen through the ranks to serve as the Global Leader of the Construction Solutions practice since 2006. He was able to deliver sustained double-digit top- and bottom-line growth of the business thorough knowledge, key insights and leadership skills. He was instrumental in guiding a team of highly skilled professionals in successful ventures. The business was also honored on Forbes’ America’s Best Management Consulting Firms list for Construction & Infrastructure in 2017.
With more than two decades of rich experience, McCall led the Strategic Communications segment’s M&A, Crisis Communications & Special Situations practice. He specializes in developing and executing communications strategies for clients pursuing initial public offering, merger, acquisition, restructuring, as well as those seeking to manage their corporate reputation in relation to a crisis. He has also offered strategic counsel on complex communications challenges to numerous private and public clients.
