The first quarter of the calendar year ended over the weekend, and according to at least one key analyst, Tesla probably fell short of its self-supplied estimate of 10,000 Model 3 deliveries in the period and may have lagged its target to end March at a 2,500 vehicle per week rate.

Ryan discussed this headline and how it fits into the growing list of near-term concerns for Tesla, which also includes a new recall, a Moody’s downgrade, and an investigation of a fatal crash involving its Autopilot feature.

Next, the hosts explains how slumping prices in marquee cryptocurrencies like Ethereum has led to reduced demand for GPUs from miners. Ryan touches on which company is more exposed to the crypto market and points out how some management teams have already worked to distance themselves from the trend. Listen to the show to hear more!
