Industrial (84.7% of 2023 sales): The segment, which includes the Engineered Fastening and Infrastructure businesses, manufactures and markets engineered fastening products, as well as hydraulic tools, accessories and attachments. The segment also engages in renting and selling coating, custom pipe handling and joint welding equipment. The products are sold to industrial customers and distributed primarily through third-party distributors as well as the company’s direct sales force.
Tools & Outdoor (15.3%): The segment manufactures and markets products like professional-grade corded and cordless electric power tools and equipment, including drills primarily under the brand DEWALT. These products are sold to professionals and consumers and are distributed through retailers (including home centers, mass merchants, hardware stores and retail lumber yards).
