Effective Jan 1, 2022, Willis Towers provides its comprehensive offering of services and solutions to clients across two business segments: Health, Wealth & Career (HWC), and Risk & Broking (R&B).
The two new segments consist of: The HWC segment (60% of 2023 revenue) includes businesses previously aligned under the Human Capital and Benefits segment, the Benefits Delivery and Administration segment, and the Investment business, which was previously under the Investment, Risk and Reinsurance segment. This segment provides a wide range of advice, broking, solutions and technology for employee benefit plans, compensation and career programs, and the employee experience overall. The portfolio of services supports the interrelated challenges that the management teams of its clients face across human resources and finance.
The R&B segment (40%) includes businesses previously aligned under the Corporate Risk and Broking segment, as well as the Insurance Consulting and Technology business, which was previously under the Investment, Risk and Reinsurance segment.
The Risk & Broking segment provides a broad range of risk advice, insurance brokerage and consulting services to clients worldwide, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations. The segment comprises of : Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) and Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT). The CRB business places more than $25 billion of premiums into the insurance markets on an annual basis, and delivers integrated global solutions tailored to client needs, underpinned by data and analytics through a balanced matrix of global lines of business. ICT is a global business that provides advice and technology solutions to the insurance industry.
