About Cash from Investing (TTM)

The company's trailing twelve month (TTM) Cash from Investing is the sum of the company's past 12 months cash position resulting from any gains or losses from investments in the financial markets, operating activities, and changes resulting from amounts spent on investments in capital assets such as plant and equipment. When evaluating the Cash from Investing value, it is important to consider each of the various activities which contribute to the overall change in cash position. A company can have a negative cash flow from investing and have a positive cash from Cash from operations or financing.
